The Ask:
Expand the Aveeno Skin Relief category by introducing a new ointment product in two salable sizes plus one sample size.

The Objectives:
Fill a gap in the Aveeno portfolio with an ointment.
Target a growing skincare need for cracked/itchy/chapped skin.
Offer a glycerin-based ointment (more moisturizing and less greasy) that also relieves itch.

The Work:
Led design exploration and design reviews with Marketing partners.
Developed dual language Canada hierarchy to meet local market needs while maintaining global design guidelines.
Audited ointment category to determine prototypical color cues.
Color matched beige tubes across two suppliers.
Worked closely with Global Production Manager to ensure character illustrations printed successfully across two different print methods and substrates.
Built sales sample, print trial, and design intent files.
